Midwife Celine Rousseau was essential in developing the clinical team at Kivulini Maternity Centre, Tanzania over the last 12 months, sharing her clinical experience and knowledge.
As Mentor Midwife Celine co-created the skills development programme for all clinical staff prior to the opening of the centre last June. She crafted an ongoing competency programme for the onsite development of clinical staff and designed and mentored on a six-month midwifery internship programme for new nurse graduates.
