It’s going to be a busy week at our hospital in Arusha, Tanzania. We have over 40 fistula patients to operate on, all with dreadful injuries. All had labours lasting up to a week all delivered stillborn children, all are leaking urine and or faeces every minute of the day. We’ve just finished day one with nine major operations completed. Our outreach worker, Lucas, is pictured here with some of the women waiting for their operation. They are so excited, hoping to be cured. Thank you to all who enable us to help these women. Andrew.
